Privacy policy
Information associated with equipment enquiries, local drafts and access to these pages.
1. The business and the website covered
Energia Solucoes em Aquecimento is the heating-equipment business identified by its legal name, CNPJ and Goiânia address on the About page. This notice describes the informational website and its product-enquiry tool. It distinguishes the local creation of a draft from any correspondence you later choose to send. A marketplace, installer, manufacturer or payment provider involved in another interaction may have its own responsibilities and notice. Identify that party and the information it requests before proceeding with a separate arrangement.
2. Information that helps identify an equipment question
The enquiry fields are your name, reply email, subject and message, with an optional company or project field. You can describe a replacement question, intended application or equipment specification without entering unnecessary personal details. There is no online account, card field, document uploader or live installation survey. An initial enquiry does not require banking details, an identity scan or a detailed floor plan. Share only information relevant to comparing the equipment or establishing the next practical step.
3. Local preparation before any email is sent
The form uses browser code to check required fields and prepare an on-page preview. It then offers a link to an email application, where you decide whether to edit and send the message. The website has no backend that collects the form fields or sends an email automatically. A prepared preview is therefore not a message in a business inbox. An email application may synchronise drafts using its own service even before sending, according to the settings and practices of that provider.
4. Handling a message sent later
If you send the draft, the recipient and the email infrastructure can receive its contents and related routing information. The practical purpose is to understand and address the equipment enquiry, clarify specifications and keep the records relevant to the conversation. A later quotation, purchase or service arrangement can require additional information and its own explanation. An initial product question does not by itself authorise unrelated marketing, publication of your project or disclosure of unnecessary personal information to every potential supplier.
5. Page delivery and technical records
The host and Cloudflare services process requests needed to deliver and protect these pages. Technical information can include the requested URL, IP address, time, browser characteristics and security diagnostics. The authored site does not contain an advertising pixel, newsletter subscription, payment integration or embedded marketplace widget. Infrastructure services may add email-address protection, performance measurement or other delivery functions. Those functions concern the actual network request rather than a claim that the local draft button submitted the enquiry fields to the business.
6. Local files, browser storage and linked resources
Photographs and typography are served from this domain as local files and may enter the browser cache. The authored code does not save enquiry fields to localStorage, establish a customer session or write a marketing cookie. A browser may separately remember form entries if the visitor permits it. Source credits identify the photographer and technical reading as bibliographic references; the site does not load those outside pages or embed their media. Email software has its own draft and sent-message storage. These separate copies and provider functions are governed by their respective settings and notices.
7. Project details and confidential material
A project description can reveal information about a home, workplace or another person. Start with the equipment question and avoid sending keys, alarm codes, account passwords, full payment credentials or unnecessary property documents. If a later specification review needs a drawing, agree its purpose, recipient and transfer method first. A general enquiry page is not a secure document room. HTTPS protects a network connection in a particular way but does not make every recipient or every ordinary email suitable for sensitive project material.
8. Retention and the records that matter
An unsent browser preview, a sent email and an accepted quotation are different records. Their retention can depend on an ongoing enquiry, transaction administration, a legal obligation or a relevant dispute. This site does not promise one fixed deletion period for every later business record. Ask which record and purpose are involved if you need a retention explanation. Clearing a page preview does not erase a message already sent through an email provider, nor does it remove a recipient’s lawful recordkeeping responsibilities.
9. Access, correction and other requests
Where applicable law provides a right to confirmation, access, correction, deletion, objection or another action, state the interaction and information concerned through the Contact page. Enough verification may be required to avoid disclosing a quotation or correspondence to the wrong person. Do not send identity documents unsolicited through the general form. The applicable legal basis, exceptions and retention duties affect what action is available, and the law determines response requirements. A correction of a reply address does not automatically amend a separately accepted contract.
10. Other people and communication preferences
An employee or representative making a business enquiry should use contact details they are entitled to share and limit information about colleagues or occupants to what is necessary. This website is not a children’s service. A parent concerned about information supplied by a child can identify the interaction and request appropriate action. You can leave the optional project field blank or abandon the draft. Sending a product enquiry is not presented here as subscription to recurring promotional messages; any later optional communication needs its own clear context.
11. Updates and unresolved questions
The notice reflects the features described on its publication date. Introducing a checkout, remote survey, customer account or document uploader would require the relevant information and controls at that point. A future feature is not authorised by the wording of this page. Raise a concern with the page address and a short explanation that avoids repeating confidential material. The business identity and contact route remain visible. This notice does not restrict an available complaint to a competent authority or remove rights that applicable law preserves.
